A small team occupying a large office often felt disconnected, even though their team size was optimal. The client wanted a space that naturally brought everyone together - encouraging collaboration, camaraderie, and connection without forcing it.

How We Did It

We introduced warm, playful colors and created informal zones with sofas, board games, and a pool table, keeping them visually separate yet connected to the main workspace. A flexible pantry system doubled as a pseudo-bar — promoting casual interactions without alcohol. Every detail was designed to foster daily connection, balance work and play, and ensure the small team felt engaged, motivated, and united within the large space.
